- Anyone under 18
- Anyone pregnant or nursing
- Anyone who has reacted to an ingredient
Ask Your Doctor First
- Donepezil, rivastigmine, galantamine or other memory medicine
- Warfarin, other blood thinners, aspirin or NSAIDs
- Thyroid medicine, sedatives or sleeping pills
- A slow pulse, rhythm problem or beta-blockers
- Asthma, COPD, bladder or bowel blockage, or seizures
- Diabetes, or a soy allergy
- Surgery planned
